Questions from owners
Not on the Essential and Premium plans. You keep complete freedom to take your own bookings or those from other channels through calendar sync. On Private Placement, some properties operate under an exclusivity agreed by both sides.
Our team verifies identity documents, the purpose of the trip and the make-up of the group before any confirmation. Properties with a family profile do not host noisy events unless the host expressly allows it.
If you already have a caretaker or resident housekeeper, we coordinate with them. If you need full operational support, we provide accredited hospitality management teams in the main regions of the Bahian coast.
