In most villas the minimum is four to five nights, rising to seven between Christmas and Carnival. Boutique guesthouses accept two nights outside high season. Each property's minimum appears on the line below the price.
Children are welcome in every property, and several have a family wing with configurable beds. Pets depend on the house and must be agreed with the team before booking — gated communities usually have their own rules.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit and the balance is paid before check-in, held in escrow until the guest arrives. Nothing is charged when you send the request: the team confirms dates and preferences before issuing any charge. Charges are made in Brazilian reais.
Cancellation is set by contract for each property and disclosed before the deposit is paid. As a rule there is a full refund up to 60 days before arrival and a partial refund up to 30 days; New Year and Carnival dates have their own terms.
